This object was created with one Fusion Fill™ object complete with turning strokes and holes.

Fusion Fill's™ versatility and functionality are amazing. Complicated shapes with turning strokes traditionally required the digitizer to create multiple turning satin objects. Fusion Fill™ provides the ability to create these shapes as one Fusion Fill™ object complete with turning strokes and holes. Previously an object of the complexity shown here would have to be created as a Complex Fill object with a single stitch angle. In order to obtain the turning satin stitch angles, the user would have to create multiple objects.

Mirror-Merge automatically repeats whole or sections of a design to create intricate artistic patterns in seconds! Repeat a badge patch design to generate cost and time effective sewing sequences, or build an elaborate selection of objects into a creative masterpiece. Reflect... Use Reflect to create symmetrical objects such as a heart. Overlapping objects can be merged as one, creating a single embroidery object. Alternatively, you can choose to retain the objects individually and select more than one reflection repeat.

Remove Overlaps Automatically Remove Overlaps and layered stitches with Wilcom ES 9, ensuring perfect stitching every time. Remove Overlaps will retain a sufficient user-defined overlap to compensate for movement on the machine, preventing gaps from appearing between the 'cut' objects. Built-in quality assurances such as Minimum Object Width, Maximum Stitch Spacing, Cutting Overlap, and Minimum Fragment assist in accurately removing multi-layered stitching, and making your designs more 'embroidery friendly'. Remove Overlaps is available exclusively in Wilcom ES 9 and is optional in level 45 and standard in level 65

Color Blending Automatically create graduating fills with Color Blending. Select an existing object and choose Color Blending. From the options available, select a top layer color and blend method, plus bottom layer and blend method. Wilcom ES 9 will automatically create the blending objects using the options you selected. The two blending objects (top layer and bottom layer object) are Grouped to assist in moving or resizing your design later. If desired, they can be Ungrouped into individual objects. Color Blending is available exclusively in Wilcom ES 9 and is optional in level 45 and standard in level 65.

Stemstitch Stemstitch is one of two new creative stitch types added to Wilcom ES 9. Ideal for creating original hand embroidery effects, Stemstitch is a very popular home embroidery and craft style. The user has full control over the thickness, spacing, and angle of each stem stitch. Stemstitch is available exclusively in Wilcom ES 9 and standard in level 21D, level 45 and level 65.
